7 Tips to Navigate the Holidays with Ease
I hope you have fond memories of past holiday seasons and wish you a safe, warm, wonderful, joy-filled season with your family and friends.
And while it’s that time of year again for us all, for some, the holidays can lead to other thoughts:
- Is it a time of boundless energy, wonder, and happiness?
- Is it the coming stress of events, family, or relationships?
- Is it the busyness of to-do lists, shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc.?
Just thinking about it can sometimes feel stressful, even overwhelming:
- The overindulgence with all the rich foods and drinks
- The emotional highs, lows, and all the in-betweens
- The lack of sleep, late nights, and irregular schedules
- The pressures to get things done
At one time or another, we've all been there and so in this episode, I am sharing 7 tips on stress, nutrition, and health that have helped me and my wonderful clients to better enjoy the holidays, instead of just surviving them!
