We often do not realize or even totally comprehend how precious our good health is “until” we are faced with the loss of it.
My enduring focus as a Natural Health Practitioner has always been to help people get from where they are, to where they want to be, and know exactly how to maintain that good level of health because, the alternative of declining health robs us of the things we love most about life!
That's why I love this simple quote from Mahatma Gandhi:
“It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.”
We're all faced with the sometimes-frantic shopping, family dinners, wonderful foods everywhere, sweets, fun beverages, alcohol and of course lurking in the background are the stresses, colds, flus, immune sensitivities and not unusually, lack of sleep.
