In this episode we'll be talking about dealing with stress in our lives. We all experience it, and one of the fundamentals I learned long ago is that there is no such thing as life without stress!
Consider: all the clever scientists, researchers, doctors and psychologists of today and years past, have never been able to present any evidence that a stress-free life is possible!
I can share with you right now that as I prepare and present these episodes, I experience significant stress because it is outside of my comfort zone, yet here I am :)

It is OK to be outside of our comfort zone as it is one way we learn, grow and achieve our goals.
