Ep2 IN A SYMPTOM FIRST WORLD Understanding the importance of root cause analysis
Thank you for the amazing response to Episode 1!
When I launched the Healthy You Naturally podcast, I never could have predicted the outpouring of love and support, we even ranked in the top 10 of alternative health podcasts in Canada!
I am humbled by your kind words and want to extend my deepest thanks to each and every one of you who took the time to listen, and to those who shared a review.
I can't quite believe how lucky I am to do what I love daily. While Episode 1 focused on my personal health journey, Episode 2 begins to explore my methodology.
I do hope it will spark new ideas of healing, growth & transformation.
A favourite author, Dr. Wayne Dyer said while recording a PBS special for his book, The Power of Intention,
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”
Episode 2, 'The Importance of Root Cause Analysis in a Symptom First World' is all about differing perspectives and diving deeper.
I mean if we're being honest, how often do we, or should we actually look at the root cause of our symptoms? Typically, when we experience a symptom such as a headache, upset stomach, PMS, or something else, we might try to fix it with a pain killer or pill.
While I do believe there’s nothing wrong with that, as we do need temporary relief sometimes, it’s my belief that our symptoms are not gone, simply silenced briefly.
In this episode, we'll explore ideas from a natural health practitioner's perspective:
- What is health?
- What is disease?
- What is a symptom?
- What is a root-cause?
- What is a healing journey?
This information is not abstract, it has helped and continues to help me live a healthy and balanced lifestyle without feeling out of control and I do hope it can be useful on your wellness journey.
I invite you to join me as I share my thoughts, approach, a few tips as well as supporting guides and template resources you'll find on my website.
Healthy Regards & Happy Listening!
