Welcome to Episode 52 of The Healthy You Naturally Podcast and thank you for joining me on this wellness journey!

Because I am always in awe of those Olympic super humans, in this edition we are going to dive into the indomitable spirit of Olympic athletes.

With that in mind, I will talk about an amazingly usable and repeatable approach that we all can use to achieving any health goal naturally.

Did you catch any of the recent summer Olympics?

Their extraordinary abilities and achievements can be an inspiration for us all, and it's almost impossible not to be moved by what they do accomplish under extreme pressures, even if you are not a sports fan!

My profound admiration for their dedication and resilience is exactly why I wanted to explore how we mere mortals can channel a bit of that Olympic spirit into our own lives, particularly in the realm of health and wellness! Consider what Franklin D. Roosevelt once said:

"The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today."

With those 14 simple words, he reminds us that our potential is bound only by our beliefs and the stories we tell ourselves. Just as Olympic athletes push past their limits, we too can exceed our own expectations in health and wellness much as Nelson Mandela did when he said,

"It always seems impossible until it's done."

Join me as we explore together how to easily apply some of that Olympic methodology to our own health and wellness goals. We will reflect on how some of the athletes had to overcome significant personal hardships just to qualify for a chance to compete, and why just qualifying for an Olympic event makes every single athlete a winner.

If your goal is one or more of these (or any goal for that matter), we’re going to take an Olympic mindset approach that can help us achieve better outcomes including:

    • To have more energy
    • To make better food choices
    • To improve your fitness level
    • To get better quality sleep
    • To improve hydration T
    • o increase mental sharpness
    • To increase flexibility

The reality for most of us is that there are a lot of complex factors that influence us daily, this episode will discuss an approach that has proven effective for others, and I sincerely hope it resonates with you!

Till next time ... with love, light, and gratitude...
