DEEPER CLEANSE BUNDLE
You've probably heard all about 'cleansing' via social media and it can certainly provide many health benefits. It is important to consider the quality of products we use for cleansing, as well as the frequency and dosage to ensure a safe, comfortable and easy cleansing experience.
I've compiled my favourite four herbal formulas into a package I like to call the 'DEEPER CLEANSE BUNDLE'. By using these four products together, we can gently and effectively kickstart deeper cleaning and begin removing those deep rooted toxins.
As you may know if you've purchased products through me before, the recommended dosages on the bottles are what we would consider 'maintance' once you've already reached your health goals.
For deep (yet gentle) cleansing, I recommend using the quantity guide below, 2-3 times a day depending on what level you feel your body needs. As a rule of thumb, I typically recommend people start with this dosage guide twice a day (morning & night) and only add in the third at lunch time if you don't feel you are getting the results you are looking for.
Suggested Guide Per Dosage
- BWL-BLD: 2 capsules
- LBS II: 1 capsule
- Black Walnut: 1 capsule or 1/2 tsp liquid
- LIV-A: 1 capsule
