EP 65

Welcome to the the Healthy You Naturally wellness journey, an extension of 30+ years knowledge and experience as a Natural Health Practitioner!

In this episode, instead of my usual deep dive into one specific topic, we’re exploring a variety of questions I often hear from clients.

Are you someone who’s always curious about your health? Whether you've wondered, or didn't even think to ask, you'll find you are in good company!

Maybe you’ve wondered why certain symptoms show up and how to solve them naturally.

In this episode I’ll be answering some frequently asked questions, covering everything from how to nourish your body without feeling restricted to which herbs and supplements can truly make a difference.

No question is too big or too small when it comes to your health and well-being. So let’s dive in —and here’s a Chinese Proverb to set the tone for today’s conversation:

"He who asks a question remains a fool for five minutes. He who does not ask remains a fool forever."

No matter how simple or complex, curiosity leads us to deeper understandings, and better health solutions. Let’s explore your questions and uncover the answers together.

As a side note to encourage you to ask questions, let me share that I’m known for asking plenty of questions myself—both professionally in my practice and personally. In fact, my family often rolls their eyes, as if to say, 'Here we go again—another question!' It’s always been part of my nature, even as a child. I get an answer, and it sparks more questions.

If anything, this curiosity has grown stronger as I’ve gotten older (I prefer matured). I like to understand things and make sense of them. It’s not about being 'right' or 'wrong'—it’s just who I am.

Here are examples that you'll find answers to in this episode:

When should I take my herbs Can I take herbs alongside medications Why do I still have symptoms after consistently taking herbs for 4-5 weeks Can I get used to herbs, and will they stop working over time Why don’t you recommend multivitamins, omega-3s, or probiotics If I eat a balanced diet, shouldn’t that be enough Why don’t I lose weight even though I eat pretty well and exercise three times a week, walk, 10,000 steps, not too much dairy and gluten Why do my symptoms return after they’ve been gone for months Why do I always feel bloated, no matter what I eat Why do you want more than one bowel movement per day if I already have one

Join me for the details and let me leave you with an inspiring quote from Albert Einstein

“The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing."

The reality for most of us is that there are a lot of complex factors that influence us daily, this episode will discuss knowledge and experiences that have proven effective, which I sincerely hope resonate with you!
