Welcome to a new Season 1 of the Healthy You Naturally Wellness Journey Podcast, an extension of my 30+ years of education, knowledge, observation, and experience as a Natural Health Practitioner!

Each of the 8 short episodes in Season 1 are about women, for women, and the men who love them.

This is all about helping you take back control of your health by understanding what your hormones are doing, why you might be feeling "off", and what to do about it.

And here’s something most people don’t realize: hormones work quietly in the background, yet they influence almost everything about how we feel, everyday.

Often when we’re tired, moody, gaining weight, or feeling off, we blame age, stress, or bad luck, without realizing that deeper imbalances could be whispering underneath.

By understanding hormones not as isolated problems but as a beautiful interconnected system, we can finally start connecting the dots, working with our body, not against it!

You health is not a side note, it’s the foundation for the life you want to live, and you know that moment when your body whispers, “Something’s off… but I don’t know what”?  In Season 1, we focus on the very thing that touches everything:

Let me tell you why I created this unique series, and why I believe every woman deserves this kind of knowledge and support: 

  • Hormones shape your mood, metabolism, sleep, and even your thoughts. Hormones aren’t just about periods and hot flashes, so in Season 1, I'll help you decode the signals so you can respond with clarity and care.
  • Beyond periods and hot flashes, we’ll be talking about thyroid health, PMS, cravings, energy dips, PCOS, and those “what is happening to my body?!” moments. And we will do it gently. compassionately, and rooted in nature.
  • We’ll weave in all 8 pieces of my BODiWELL Method including body techniques, nutrition, sleep, herbs, mindset, movement, and more so you always know where to look when things feel off.
